Your Own Dating Rules

What should I say? Should I text him now or later? Should I go or stay? Is he the one? Am I making the right decision? Once or even more in life we may trap into this situation. Asking and doubting ourselves for every decision we made for love. So, how much would you trust yourself? Or would you consider someone else's thought first? 

Those are questions that captured in Dating Rules from My Future Self, a mini series back in 2012. Story began with Lucy who got a text message from herself in the future. Because of the sophisticated app, Lucy could get some clues and even warnings about her love life. But, let's talk about the film later or watch it here.

The thing is, yes, it would be nice to have someone who could've warned you about this and that. But don't you think life is full of surprises especially when it comes to love? I know this sounds cheesy, but perhaps, we should stop overthinking stuff and just let it go.  Let yourself to fall, let yourself get hurt. So there's always something new to learn and you can make your own dating rules. And if you're doubt with your decision, you can always have family and friends as your personal adviser. Just like Lucy and her two bestfriends. And perhaps, once in life you just have to tell the truth even if it hurts. Trust yourself that things will be fine and you can handle it.
